Day 13: Feedback Loop

One of my favourite things is sharing a new song with my friends. Today I got to sing the beginning of a new song to my friend Lexi (they are an incredible artist in their own respect, one of whom I admire and respect). After this lovely reaction, we engaged in a critisism of the song and worked together to both embrace and enhance it. 

Somedays I wish you were like the rain

Won't you wash all over me 

Somedays I feel I could go insane

Wishing I could drown in your sea 

Well somedays I feel you change your mind

Like a nickel, or a dime

Somedays I think you'll run away

Find the sweetgrass, the sage, and the time 

(time spelt time intentionally)
